Minutes of Meeting Oct. 13, 2009

Meeting Called to Order by Pres. Schoenfeld at 7:45 PM

Pres Schoenfeld reminded all about the mandatory PSAL meetings On Oct. 27 @ Manhattan Center 6:30 PM and on Nov. 5 @ FDR in Brooklyn also at 6:30 PM.

Freshman Tournament Dates 12/6, 12/8 and 12/13 @ St. Francis Prep.  Volunteers still needed contact Joe White or Tom Usischon.  Joe White addressed the group. Volunteering counts as a meeting.

The next meeting is the MANDATORY INTERPRETATION MEETING remember you must attend an interpretation meeting, the date of the Meeting is Oct. 29 at McClancy at 7:30, remember we have a guest speaker.  Tom Lopes Executive Secretary of IAABO.  The refresher test is due at this meeting, answer sheet only to Ernie Rudloff.

Ernie made his usual interesting presentation as it applies to the rules and how to become a better official.

The Board has lost one of its members over the last couple of days.  RAY MATTHEWS a board member for over 50 years passed away.  Remember him in your prayers.  Ray will be waked At Dalton Funeral Home125 Hillside Ave, in New Hyde Park on Sunday Oct. 18.  Mass Monday at St. Gregory RC Church.
