Minutes of Meeting March 2, 2010

The meeting called to order at 7:40 PM, this was the annual election meeting, there were 2 slots for executive board and the Vice-President vacancy. The Executive Board recommendations were for the executive board Doug Grant and Ray Ortega and for Vice – President Joe White, there were no additional nominations from the floor so voting was closed and the membership gave its approval to the executive boards nominations.

The Secretary thanked the members for their participation in the Blow the Whistle for Cancer Campaign, $958 was collected from the membership and the board contributed $1000 for a total of $1958. The Freshman Tournament made $2498.

There are several members who have not paid their dues it is now $100 after the dinner it is $125. The next meeting is the DINNER MEETING, APRIL 13 AT THE IMMACULATE CONCEPITON IN DOUGLASTON.

IF A GREEN X APPEARS ON THIS NOTICE I HAVE NO RECORD OF HAVING RECEIVED YOUR DUES, IF A RED X APPEARS YOU HAVE NOT COMPLIED WITH YOUR MEETING OBLIGATIONS IN SOME WAY. YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT BE RENEWED IF EITHER OF THE ABOVE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLIED WITH
